Car fire caused delays on M20 between Maidstone and Ashford

A car fire is holding up traffic on the M20.

Queues are building up with a lane closed due to the fire between Maidstone and Ashford.

The incident is believed to be on the first lane of the coastbound carriageway between Junction 8 and Junction 9.

Emergency services are at the scene with firefighters tackling the blaze.
