Ashford: Children 'upset and shaken' in crash outside The Croft hotel

Two children were left upset and shaken following a two-car crash outside a hotel.

Police were called just after 8am to Canterbury Road in Kennington at the junction with The Street.

No injuries were reported but ambulance crews stayed at the scene outside The Croft for about an hour.

Spokesman Rich Airey said: "One ambulance attended and everyone was out of their cars when we arrived.

"Two children were upset and shaken but no one was taken to hospital.

"We checked everyone over but there was no sign of injury."
