Carhartt and UGG temporarily close at Ashford Designer Outlet

Two more stores at one of Kent's largest shopping centres have temporarily closed.

UGG and Carhartt have joined the list of Ashford Designer Outlet units that have ceased trading since the beginning of this week.

A notification on the centre's website highlights the branches as temporarily closed, but it's not known for how long.

Yesterday saw four shops announced as shut, with the closures coming after rumours of an on-site coronavirus case were refuted by the Outlet.

The store at the centre of those rumours was Nike, which ceased trading along with Abercrombie & Fitch, Under Armour and Timberland.

Of these, Under Armour is the only store to have re-opened today.

UGG and Carhartt have been approached for comment.
