FA Vase first round draw: Sutton Athletic v Sheppey, Kennington v Fisher, Welling Town v Hanworth Villa

The draw has been made for the FA Vase first round.

There are nine Southern Counties East League sides involved at this stage.

Sheppey United will face Sutton Athletic, of Division 1, for the second time this season - the clubs already met in the FA Cup with the Ites progressing.

Kennington, who thrashed Shoreham 7-0 on Sunday, are drawn at home again as they will face Premier Division Fisher, who won 2-0 at East Preston in the Second Qualifying round on Saturday.

Division 1 Stansfeld also have home advantage when they meet AFC Hayes and Welling Town will entertain Hanworth Villa.

Bridon Ropes are also in the draw, but they have to play their First Qualifying Round match at Epsom & Ewell again on Tuesday night. The winners will then play Langney Wanderers in the next round before travelling to Saltdean United.

The ties are due to be played on Saturday, October 31.

Kennington v Fisher

Stansfeld v AFC Hayes

Welling Town v Hanworth Villa

Holmesdale v AFC Uckfield

Saltdean United v Epsom & Ewell or Bridon Ropes or Langney Wanderers

Winning clubs will earn £825 in prize money with losing teams collecting £250.
