Ashley joined the KM Group in May 1989 as a paste up artist and joined editorial as a graphics journalist in 1993. He then went on to lead the multi award winning department as head of editorial graphics and now produces graphics and designs across all Iliffe Media titles as well as KentOnline, KM Marketing and newspaper sales, KMFM, University of Kent and KMTV.
