Plans for a new adventure golf course at a busy garden centre are among the latest planning applications submitted to Bexley council.

A neighbouring borough consultation has been received for Ruxley Manor Garden Centre in Maidstone Road, Sidcup.

Developers are seeking permission to demolish three existing structures and create an adventure golf course with a new entrance building, kiosk, seating area and landscaping.

The site would make use of part of the existing garden centre and add leisure attractions alongside its retail operation.

Also in Sidcup, an application has been submitted to approve cooking extraction details linked to the Wagtail Walk microbrewery and restaurant.

The proposal follows earlier approvals allowing extended opening hours for the venue, which operates as a pub, restaurant and microbrewery on the ground floor.

The latest submission seeks approval of extraction systems to manage cooking odours.

Meanwhile, at Erith Sports Centre in Avenue Road, plans have been lodged to replace two tennis courts with two new padel courts, alongside refurbishment of an existing tennis court.

- Installation of telecoms equipment on existing support poles in Mayplace Avenue, Crayford.

- Works to trees in the Christ Church Conservation Area at Benedict House Preparatory School in Sidcup.

- Extension of dropped kerb in Parkside Avenue, Bexleyheath.
