Plans for a children’s care home and new homes are among the latest planning applications submitted to Bexley council.
A change of use application has been submitted to transform a property in Cumberland Drive, Bexleyheath, into a small-scale children’s home.
It would cater for up to four residents, and is currently used as a standard house.
Plans have also been submitted to demolish side extensions at a home in Broomfield Road, Bexleyheath, and build six new homes.
The application mentions associated landscaping, parking, and cycle storage.
In Crayford, plans have been submitted seeking prior approval for the demolition of two redundant gasholders at Crayford Holder Station in Old Road.
