Latest planning applications in Bexley include electric vehicle charging zone outside Morrisons in Sidcup

Plans for a new electric vehicle charging zone outside a supermarket are among the latest planning applications submitted to a council.

The scheme includes a single-storey plant room, sub-station enclosure, jet wash area and LV electrical panel, as part of efforts to expand the town’s charging infrastructure.

Two related applications have also been submitted for Roxby House in Station Road, Sidcup.

One seeks non-material amendments to a previously approved change of use allowing 28 self-contained residential units within the former commercial building.

The other proposes modifications to the internal layout, smoke shaft, window design and materials for a two-storey upwards extension to add six further flats.
