Latest planning applications in Bexley include homes and dog grooming salon in Sidcup

Plans for new homes, a care home, and a dog grooming salon are among the latest planning applications submitted to Bexley council.

A proposal has been submitted to demolish a bungalow and build two detached two-storey homes at 63 Foots Cray Lane in Sidcup.

The plans include parking, cycle storage, and electric charging points.

Elsewhere, an application has been lodged to convert a detached building at Woollett Hall Farm in Water Lane, Sidcup, from storage use into a dog grooming salon.

The application notes the conversion would bring the building into active use while maintaining the existing structure and character of the farm setting.

In Belvedere, plans have been submitted to turn a home in St George’s Close from a house into a residential care home.
