Relegation-threatened Welling have appointed Warren Feeney as their new manager.
The Wings have turned to Feeney after Peter Taylor departed following Saturday's home draw with Bath in National League South which left the club just four points above the relegation zone.
Feeney has 10 games left to help Welling avoid being relegated to the Isthmian Premier.
A club statement said: "We are delighted to announce the appointment of former Northern Ireland international, Warren Feeney as manager until the end of the season.
"Feeney joins after leaving Bulgarian First League side, OFC Pirin in December 2021, where he guided them to a club record 13 consecutive wins on their way to the 2020/21 Second League title.
"He is a UEFA Pro licensed coach with over 20 years experience in the game and has also held non-playing positions at Newport County, Linfield, Ards, Salisbury City, Crawley Town and Notts County.
"We wish Warren all the best and hope his time at Park View Road will be successful."
Feeney's first game in charge is Welling's league trip to Hampton on Tuesday night.
