Cordon outside Curzon cinema as emergency services called to Riverside development in Canterbury

A cordon has been put in place next to a cinema after emergency services were called to a leisure complex.

Police, paramedics and fire crews have been seen at the Riverside development in Kingsmead Road, Canterbury.

Pictures show a screen has been put up around the steps next to the Curzon cinema.

One eyewitness said they had seen four police cars, two ambulances and one fire engine at the scene this afternoon.

The emergency services have been contacted for more details.
