Canterbury city centre gridlock after crash

A car crash at a city centre roundabout is causing long tailbacks.

It happened at about 1.30pm at the St George's roundabout in Canterbury and involves two vehicles - a VW Golf and a Vauxhall Mokka.

Police and ambulance crews attended the scene, where a woman was found to have sustained minor injuries.

An ambulance service spokesman said: "All patients were able to be discharged from our care at the scene."

Police are carrying out enquiries into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
