A suspect has been arrested after a man reportedly exposed himself at a shopping centre.

The incident happened at 6.20am today in Gravel Walk within Whitefriars, Canterbury.

Police were called to reports a bearded man in a light hooded top was seen exposing himself and arrested a 41-year-old on suspicion of indecent exposure.

A spokesman for the force added: “The man remains in custody while enquiries continue and officers believe other people who were in the area at the time may have witnessed the offence.
