Person airlifted to London hospital after fall from height at Barton Business Park, Canterbury

A person has been airlifted to a London hospital after falling from a height at a business park.

Medics descended on Barton Business Park in Canterbury yesterday afternoon following the serious incident.

The patient was treated at the scene before an air ambulance landed nearby shortly before 5.30pm.

They were airlifted to hospital for further treatment.

An ambulance service spokesman said: “We were called at about 4.20pm yesterday to reports a person had fallen from a height at Barton Business Park in Canterbury.

“Crews assessed and treated one person at the scene before being joined by the air ambulance.

“The patient was then airlifted to King's College Hospital for further medical treatment.”
