A person has been injured in a nasty crash on the A2 involving a car and a lorry.
Police and ambulance crews were called to the London-bound carriageway between Bridge and Canterbury at 8am yesterday, after reports of a collision.
It is thought the vehicles collided as the lorry pulled out to overtake without spotting the car, which was already overtaking.
The car was then forced onto a central reserve between lanes.
The ambulance service treated one person for minor injuries, and the road was closed.
The fire service was also called to the scene to help deal with a fuel leak.
The road was reopened at 9.35am.
