The A28 in Wincheap, Canterbury, was sealed off for the second time yesterday after an earlier house fire also resulted in the route being closed.
Paramedics were called to the scene shortly after 10.30pm on Tuesday to reports of a collision involving a car and a motorbike.
An ambulance service spokesperson said: “Crews assessed and treated one patient at the scene for a knee injury before taking them to William Harvey Hospital for further medical treatment.”
Police confirmed the road was clear by about 11.15pm.
