Kent Police search after Canterbury high street brawl

A manhunt has been launched after a high street food stall was damaged during a night-time brawl.

Police were called to the incident in St George's Street, Canterbury, last month.

Detectives have since released an image of a man they believe can help their investigation into the fight.

A spokesman for the force said: "We were called to a disturbance at about 9.30pm on Tuesday, May 17.

"Subsequent enquiries suggest that during an altercation between a group of men, a food stall was damaged.

"An investigation is ongoing and officers have released an image of a man who may have information which can assist."

Police are urging anyone who recognises the man in the picture to call them on 01843 222289, quoting the reference number 46/96078/22.
