Police taped off a wooded area at a beauty spot after the discovery of a body.

Officers were called to Hambrook Marshes off Whitehall Road in Canterbury on Tuesday afternoon.

Police and forensics vehicles could be seen parked at the green space.

A wooded area was taped off.

Police have since confirmed a body was found in the search for a missing man.

His death is not being treated as suspicious and a report will be prepared for the coroner.
