The Dartford tunnels will be hit by closures nine more times this month for maintenance work and repairs.
The east tunnel was first shut overnight on Friday and will again be closed from 10pm tonight.
Last night, the QEII bridge was also fully closed for routine safety inspections.
Here’s the full list of closures remaining in June:
Sunday, June 8
East tunnel, 10pm to 5am (no access for vehicles over 4.8m).
Monday, June 9
East tunnel, 10pm to 5.30am (no access for vehicles over 4.8m).
Thursday, June 12
East tunnel, 10pm to 5.30am (no access for vehicles over 4.8m).
Sunday, June 15
West tunnel, 10pm to 5am.
Monday, June 16
East tunnel, 10pm to 5.30am (no access for vehicles over 4.8m).
Thursday, June 19
East tunnel, 10pm to 5.30am (no access for vehicles over 4.8m).
Friday, June 20
East tunnel, 11pm to 6am (no access for vehicles over 4.8m).
Saturday, June 21
West tunnel, 10pm to 5am
Sunday, June 22
East tunnel, 10pm to 5am (no access for vehicles over 4.8m).
Three out of four lanes on the A282, along with the entry slip road at M25 junction 1a, will also be shut for re-waterproofing works from 8pm on Jun 14 and 10am on June 15.
A diversion will be in place, taking drivers on the A206 Crossways Boulevard eastbound, the B255 southbound, and the A2 westbound, rejoining the M25 at junction 2.
