Drivers faced long delays on the M25 due to a reported crash.

The incident took place at the Darenth Interchange, near Dartford, which connects the M25 with the A2 and A282 shortly after 5.30pm.

The M25 exit slip road is partially blocked.

The road was cleared by 6.30pm but drivers have been warned of residual delays.

The emergency services have been approached for more information.
