Two teenagers were left bloodied and bruised after they were mugged and threatened to be stabbed.

The pair, who don't want to be named through fear of another attack, are 13 and 14 years old and were set upon by a group of five youths at a skate park in Central Park, Dartford.

A mother of one of the victim's said her son had his head stamped on and kicked and she now fears for his life.

She said: "It's happening more and more. I grew up in Dartford and never feared this kind of thing at all. I'm scared every time my son leaves the house.

"I was called at work by my partner and I just felt sick. When I arrived at my son's friends house, his friend was just covered in blood as he had been punched in the face."

The mother claimed the boys were sitting at the skate park when five boys circled them asking "what have you got for me then", before separating them and attacking them.

She added: "My son was held down by one boy standing on him and he could hear the other four boys shouting at his friend to take his jackets off which he did.

"My son kept trying to get up saying "no don't hurt my friend" and the boy who was standing on him kept saying "don't get up or I'll stab you" and "I'm gonna stamp all over your head".

"My son is autistic and he just can't make sense of why anyone would do this. It's definitely made him more wary of who is around him."

After punching the second boy and leaving him with a bloodied nose the group disappeared with the two victim's possessions.
