Thirty tonnes of rubbish went up in flames at a business in Kent this morning.

Five fire engines were called to Rochester Way in Dartford shortly before 5.30am to reports of the huge blaze.

Crews spent five hours at the scene, using a bulk water carrier to keep hoses dousing the fire until almost 10.30am.

There were no reported injuries.

Kent Fire and Rescue Service has been asked for further details about the business affected.
