M25 closed by jackknifed lorry near J1B for Queen Elizabeth II Bridge in Dartford

All lanes of the M25 have now reopened after a crash between a lorry and two tankers caused big delays by Dartford.

It happened on the clockwise-bound carriageway near J1B for the Dartford Crossing at around 6.50pm on Tuesday and all four lanes were blocked.

All lanes reopened just after 4am today.

Fire crews used foam to extinguish a fire that started following the crash and are also assisting police and Highways England officials to make the scene safe.

A Kent Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: "No-one was trapped, but one person was treated by paramedics for injuries received during the crash."
