A lorry carrying rubble and building waste caught fire on the A20 near the Swanley interchange.

Police and fire crews were called to the scene at around 10.19am.

Two lanes of traffic were stopped to enable firefighters to bring the blaze under control.

They used a thermal imaging camera to make it was fully out before declaring the scene safe just before 11am.
