Police were called just before 3.30pm, to reports of a "single-vehicle collision".

Ambulance crews also attended the scene and a male, whose age has not been specified, was taken to Princess Royal University Hospital for further treatment.

Police say his injuries are not thought to be serious.

All four lanes have now been reopened.
