Man released from custody as Dartford murder investigation continues

A man arrested in connection with the death of another man has been released from custody while inquiries continue.

Police were called at 8.18am on Thursday, by the ambulance service, after the body of a man, in his 40s, was found outside a house in Oakfield Lane, Dartford.

Police said he had injuries consistent with stab wounds.

Another man, also in his 40s, who was arrested on suspicion of murder on the same morning, was released from custody yesterday evening pending further inquiries.
