Southeastern trains between Blackheath and Dartford back to normal following casualty on tracks

A Southeastern service between Blackheath and Dartford was suspended earlier due to emergency services dealing with a casualty on the tracks at Welling.

British Transport Police and paramedics were called to the station at 2.42pm, where a person was taken to hospital. Their injuries were reported as not life-changing or threatening.

Trains between Blackheath and Slade Green were also suspended at about 3pm today.

Services have now returned to normal as the incident has been dealt with.
