Dartford have added Barry Cogan to their new-look squad.

The former Gillingham and Dover midfielder has featured for the Darts in two of their three pre-season friendlies so far and now Cogan has agreed a deal at Princes Park.

He becomes Dartford's sixth summer signing after defenders Callum McNaughton, Tom Gardiner and Danny Fitzsimons, winger Jack Simmons and striker George Sykes.

Darts boss Tony Burman said: "I am pleased that we have signed Barry, he is a very experienced player in the midfield area.

"I feel that Barry’s experience will be invaluable to the younger members of the squad and he also has the added knowledge of winning this league."

Dartford make the short trip to Phoenix Sports tonight (Tuesday).
