Dartford joint-manager Adam Flanagan says they may sign a goalkeeper ahead of transfer deadline

Dartford are looking to make one more signing ahead of Thursday's transfer deadline.

The Darts are happy with their squad but joint-manager Adam Flanagan is keen to add cover for keeper Bailey Vose - with a potential play-off campaign in National League South on the horizon.

"We might bring one in, potentially a keeper," confirmed Flanagan.

"At this time of the season, with the magnitude of the games you are playing you can't take a chance - if your keeper gets injured or gets sent-off and then (you don't) have that cover.

"We might look into doing that but obviously we'll see who's available and what we can do financially.

"We've got a few options at the moment and we need to make a decision this week."

With regards to any departures from Princes Park, Flanagan is keen to keep the rest of his squad together.

But with suspensions now cleared for midfielders Elliot Bradbrook and Lee Noble, they will listen to anyone who wants to get additional game-time.

"It depends if players want to go and get games," added Flanagan.

"From next week there will be players who don't make the matchday squad.

"If there are players that would rather go and get games then we'd listen to that.

"But ultimately now we've got to be ruthless and pick the best team and bench, and that might mean players get left out.

"We're all heading towards the same goal so whether you get in the squad or you miss out, you apply yourself each week and hopefully together we can achieve something."
