Dartford moved to within two points of safety in the Skrill Premier when they picked up a priceless win at Wrexham on Saturday.
Tony Burman's side came into the game off the back of a 2-1 win at Kidderminster and a 3-3 draw with Cambridge United.
And they struck the first blow on 11 minutes at the Racecourse Ground when Alex Wall's free-kick was parried by Dragons goalkeeper Andy Coughlin and Andy Pugh followed in to score.
However, the home side were level midway through the first half. A Mark Carrington corner wasn't cleared and Joe Clarke had time to take a touch before belting the ball beyond Alan Julian in the Dartford goal.
Johnny Hunt hit the bar for Wrexham but it was the visitors who scored next. Pugh, on loan from Cambridge United, had his shot blocked by the legs of Coughlin, only for Darts skipper Elliot Bradbrook to bury the rebound.
After the break, a Harris shot clipped the bar and Bradbrook blocked a Neil Ashton shot on the line right at the death to clinch a priceless win for Dartford.
They host Grimsby Town on Tuesday night.
