A helicopter hovering over Deal last night was searching for a man believed to have breached bail conditions.
The aircraft was seen swooping over the Mill Hill area between 9pm and 10pm.
But the search was unsuccessful and enquiries are continuing.
A spokesman said: "Kent Police carried out a search of the Deal area after it was believed a man wanted for breach of bail had been seen during the evening of Monday, June 15 2020.
"The man was not located and enquiries are continuing."
