Behaviour order youth back in court

A 14-year-old youth from Dover was arrested just two days after having an anti-social behaviour order imposed on him.

The teenager, who cannot be named, was arrested in Dover after an allegation of criminal damage was reported to police.

He has been placed into local authority care until tomorrow when he is due to answer before Folkestone Youth Court, charged with a breach of the interim order and criminal damage.

He was the subject of an interim anti-social behaviour order on Tuesday, 8 July.
