Three vehicles have crashed damaging a building in Dover.

Emergency services were called to the scene of the collision on the A256 London Road and police closed the road from the junction of Beaconsfield Road.

It happened at 4.30pm.

Fire crews and paramedics were also in attendance, with traffic diverted on to the parallel Buckland Terrace while recovery work was carried out.

Pictures from the scene show two badly damaged black cars being transported away.

The route reopened just before 7.30pm.
