Identity of bodies remains mystery

POLICE and the Coroner’s officer are trying to identify two bodies found in the sea off the East Kent coast during the past 10 days.

The body of a man, about 30 years old, was recovered from the bottom of the cliffs at St Margaret’s. There was no clue to his identification.

Coroner’s officer Dave Lewis and a forensic officer went ashore from Dover lifeboat to help recover the body.
