Police have arrested and charged a man with dangerous driving after he failed to stop in Dover yesterday.
The force's road safety twitter account Kent Polive RPU tweeted today that the driver was also found to have no licence or insurance.
Kent Police has been asked to comment with further details of where the incident occurred.
