Five people have been arrested as part of an investigation into drug dealing.
Officers on patrol saw a man acting suspiciously in the London Road area of Dover on Monday evening.
He was stopped, searched and found to be in possession of suspected cocaine. The 43-year-old was then arrested on suspicion of possession of class A drugs.
A police spokesman said: “Further enquiries led to a search being carried out at a nearby property, where cannabis, suspected cocaine, cash and other drugs paraphernalia were seized.”
Four more men, aged between 21 and 38, were arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of illegal drugs and they remain in custody while enquiries continue.
Officers say that anyone who suspects drugs are being produced or sold in their area should report it through the Kent Police website or by calling 999 if a crime is in progress.
