The Former Come Dine With me contestant said: "We met lorry drivers from all over Europe - the best people you could wish to meet.

"They were so happy to see me and they loved my Knockers."

Mrs Martin's culinary creations gained international acclaim in March 2019 when she won The World Championship Pasty Competition.

Held at The Eden Project in Cornwall, it was there that she won first prize for her Betteshanger Big Breakfast Kentish Knocker.

Since then her Knockers have flown from the stand at her Deal Market stall each week and her business The Town Kitchen has gone from strength to strength, operating from her home, where she produces mouth watering dishes to order and take away.

Mrs Martin was taken to the gridlocked town by Jonathan Heaver. She pounded the streets and was pictured in Townwall Street and Castle Hill, from where she posted a video of a wall of lorries waiting by the port.

She said: "It was carnage down there and to see the lorry drivers smile was magical.

"Had the most amazing experience, I shall never forget this Christmas Eve.

"Massive thank you to Jonathan Heaver for taki What a team. JH you were amazing.

"We met people from Hungary Poland Slovakia France and more ... all were fabulous people

"It's official Lorry drivers love my Knockers!"
