Police are interviewing a teenager later today (Thursday) who was arrested in connection with possessing an offensive weapon and drug offences.
The 18-year-old was stopped by officers in Dover High Street yesterday (Wednesday) at around 1pm and taken to the police station.
He was searched and a package, believed to be cocaine, was found hidden on his person.
The man is currently in police custody.
