Each have gardens, terraces, and uninterrupted views of the area's rolling hills.

The homes are set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the North Downs.

They are available from Pentland Homes and start from £600,000.

Karrina Oki, sales and marketing director at Pentland Properties said: “This is a rare opportunity to obtain a three or four bedroom home featuring the very best of contemporary design, set in unspoiled surroundings.

"The development is the ultimate in countryside luxury location.’’

The outside look of the houses are the creation of Procters & Matthews Architects and the interior design is by the organisation Honky.

Paul Dawson, design director, at Honky said: “The stunning landscape of the North Downs and its tapestry of colours was the main inspiration for the design of the overall scheme."

Seven of the eight homes have two reception rooms.

Spacious ground floor rooms are designed for informal family living with open plan living and kitchen areas equipped with Siemens and Zanussi appliances and a mixture of stone and laminate worktops.

The homes have landscaped gardens at the front and large double bifold doors to the rear gardens, which allow easy access to gardens.

They have either carports or garages, plus outside taps and burglar alarms are included as standard.

Many of the houses are traditional two-storey and three-storey.

Those with additional floors have been designed with a more formal reception room with a quiet area for study and working from home.

All have double glazing, underfloor heating to the ground floor and Stelrad compact style radiators to upper floors.

Principal bedrooms have large bi-fold doors that fill the room with natural light and lead to a decked upper terrace, taking in the view of the surrounding countryside.
