A picture competition with the topic 'pride in your area' showed off the best of Dover and tied in with the Great British Spring Clean this month.
It attracted 73 entries from youngsters ranging from five to 17 years old with subjects chosen including the beaches, cliffs and local parks.
And the standard of work was so high judges picked two extra runners up.
Beauty spots included Dover's Whinless Down, Kearsney Abbey and Shakespeare Beach. Historical buildings like Dover Castle featured as well as our arable landscape.
Organised by Dover District Council, the judging panel consisted of district council Leader Cllr Trevor Bartlett, Helen Charlton of the Pick Deal Clean initiative, DDC's head of regulatory services Diane Croucher, the authority's environmental protection and crime manager Andrzej Kluczynski technical support officer Gemma Rudgard.
They chose overall winner Daniel de Souza, age 12 for his picture of the Whinless Downs, Dover Castle and Port.
He said: “I was having a walk with my sister and my dad and I saw this view and I thought 'what a beautiful world God has made'."
Daniel won a £50 Love to Shop voucher.
Paul Archer Del Rio (Age 12) came second with his image of Kearsney Abbey river and bridge.
And Destiny Carroll, 16, took a stunning picture of Shakespeare Beach in the snow.
They both received £20 Love to Shop voucher.
Deserving applause, two bonus runners up were picked.
They were Maddison Cotter, 11, who photographed Dover Castle from The A258 at Guston.
And Liam Smith, 17, was also awarded for his picture: Tractor in field.
The bonus runners up got a £10 love to shop voucher each.
The winners were invited to a prize giving ceremony at the council offices in Whitfield.
Leader Cllr Trevor Bartlett presented them with a certificate, their vouchers and personally congratulated each of them.
He said: “I was delighted to be invited along to help judge this competition. The entries were outstanding and truly encapsulated what our district has to offer. I hope everyone enjoyed taking part as much as we enjoyed judging their entries in this popular competition.
"The Great British Spring Clean really has brought the whole community together, encouraging us all to take a real pride in our district.”
