Dover fans are waiting on ticket news for the FA Cup third round tie against Premier League side Crystal Palace next month.

Whites officials are waiting to hear the outcome of a meeting between the local safety authority, police and Football Association to assess suitability of staging the game at Crabble from a safety and security view before releasing details.

The FA will then decide on the venue. Crabble has already been given the appropriate grading from the FA to host League 2 matches.

The capacity at Crabble is just under 6,000 and the third round game is certain to be a sell-out. The tie is due to be played on the weekend of January 3.
