Building of housing estate at Tylman Place in Faversham nears completion

Construction on a 105-home estate in Kent targeted at commuters, first-time buyers and families is set to be completed this summer.

A selection of one and two-bed apartments and two, three and four-bedroom houses are being built by Bellway at Tylman Place off Graveney Road, Faversham.

More than two-thirds of the properties have now been sold and the final homes available to reserve are three and four-bed homes, with prices starting from £329,995.

Developers say the estate includes 17 "affordable homes for local people".

Some of the homes at the site are ready to move into now.

Mark Harrop, sales director for Bellway Kent, said: “As we near the completion of Tylman Place, this is the last chance for buyers to buy a beautiful Bellway home in Faversham.

“The development is only a few minutes away from the town centre, while there are road links to the A299, A2 and M2, for easy access to the coast and to London. Trains from Faversham can also reach London stations, including St Pancras, Cannon Street and Victoria, in just over an hour.

“We’ve already seen a great community form here with homes suitable for first-time buyers, commuters and families, and the final release of homes also contains something for everyone.

“To avoid missing out on a new home at Tylman Place, I’d advise people to contact our sales advisors to find out more.”
