It is unclear what the team was called out for but they were joined at the scene by a land ambulance.

The helicopter was seen over Faversham's Standard Quay at 6.30pm after taking off from North Weald Airbase in Essex.

It spent about an hour on the recreation ground before leaving just before 7.30pm.

The emergency services have been contacted for comment.
