A man was treated at the scene of a crash - and then arrested.
The crash involving two cars happened in Cambridge Road in Faversham at 6.21am yesterday.
One man was treated by ambulance crews at the scene and was then arrested by police on suspicion of drink-driving.
The 29-year-old from Sittingbourne was also arrested on suspicion of assaulting a police officer.
He remains in custody as enquiries continue.
