Forensics officers were spotted in an alleyway following an alleged robbery.

The incident happened on a path leading from Goldfinch Close to Ham Road in Faversham.

Police were called just after 12am on Friday (February 28) to reports that a robbery had taken place earlier that evening.

Officers attended and carried out inquiries.

Witnesses reported seeing forensic teams in white suits scouring the area.

The following day, a 28-year-old was arrested in connection with the incident and was subsequently recalled to prison on an unrelated matter.
