Police have launched an urgent appeal to find a pensioner who has gone missing from his Kent home.

Officers are desperately searching for Alan Gordon, 78, who was last seen in Station Road, Faversham, at around 2pm on Tuesday, May 30.

They are urging anyone with information to contact them.

He is described as being white with grey hair and a slim build. He is believed to be wearing jeans and black shoes.

It is believed he may be travelling on public transport.
