A hugely popular group of YouTubers have used a long-running Kent business to recreate an iconic American TV show.
The Sidemen, who between them have more than 145 million subscribers on the video-sharing platform, filmed at Space Saver storage in Faversham before releasing a Storage Wars video earlier this week.
Storage Wars was filmed in the USA between 2010 and 2023, featuring a collection of dealers who would bid on abandoned units in an effort to make the most profit.
A similar show, Storage Hunters, was also produced in America and the UK.
In the 105-minute long video, the group bid on 10 abandoned units across the site with a £1,000 budget.
Finds included early football trading cards with legends such as Stanley Matthews, collections of fine China, a fruit machine and a piano.
Since being uploaded two days ago, it has been watched more than 4.5 million times on the YouTube.
Founded in 2013, The Sidemen was made up of seven best friends: KSI, Wroetoshaw, Miniminter, Vikkstar123, Zerkaa, TBJZL and Behzinga.
However, videos in the past year generally tend not to involve KSI due to his music career - as was the case with the footage filmed in Faversham.
They often produce content showing various challenges, sketches, and video game commentaries but have branched out into retail and food in recent years.
Both The Sides fast food restaurant and The Sidemen store opened at Bluewater shopping centre in 2023.
While the chicken eatery is still going strong, the retail unit has since been vacated and filled by Gravity Arcade.
Established in 1992, Space Saver claims to be the largest independent self-storage centre in the UK.
Owned by Whitstable-based John and Polly Burgess, the storage facility has about 1,200 storage units available to rent along with 20,000 sq ft of dedicated archive storage.
