An air ambulance has landed at a seafront beauty spot after reports of a stabbing.
Police and medics were called to Foord Road in Folkestone at 3.30pm today.
The air ambulance landed off nearby Wear Bay Road at The Warren.
A police spokesman said: “Officers attended the scene along with paramedics and a man in his 30s was treated for an injury consistent with a stab wound.
“He was taken to a London hospital for medical attention.”
As of 5.20pm, the spokesman said police remained at the scene and inquiries were under way to establish the full circumstances.
