Air ambulance lands at Radnor Park, Folkestone

The air ambulance has been dispatched to deal with an emergency in a seaside town this morning.

Paramedics from the land ambulance called for the assistance of the air ambulance following an incident at a house near Radnor Park, off Cheriton Road in Folkestone.

The air ambulance was dispatched at 11.22am.

It is not known if anyone was transferred to hospital by the ambulance.

A spokesman for the South East Coast Ambulance Service said: "I can confirm that the air ambulance landed at Radnor Park to assist us at a call to a nearby residential address.

"We don’t comment on the detail of calls to private addresses."
