Police have arrested a 62-year-oldman after a person was caught allegedly performing an indecent act near a beauty spot.

Officers are urging witnesses of the suspected indecent exposure in Wear Bay Road, near the Warren in Folkestone, to come forward.

It is alleged between midday and 12.40pm on Wednesday, a man was seen exposing himself in a parked black car while carrying out an indecent act.

A man from Margate was arrested on Friday in connection with the incident and has been released on bail pending further inquiries.
